About Us

Our team is made up of skilled and dedicated virtual assistants who support operations with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Mary Grace D. Rodriguez, PHR

Our history

  Mary Grace, originally from the Philippines, has a background in communications, education, and law and brings a broad range of professional experience to her work. She started her home care career  in 2017 for a California-based home care agency as an Intake Coordinator, where she also gained hands-on experience in scheduling. As she took on various roles within the organization, she developed a deep, end-to-end understanding of home care operations and became a key contributor to the agency’s overall efficiency and growth. For the most part,  her career has been deeply rooted in Human Resources, particularly within the home care industry. After moving to California in 2023, she founded MinerVA Virtual Staffing Solutions—leveraging her industry expertise to support home care agencies by providing skilled virtual assistants, this time as the strategic force behind the agency.  


 Her vision is to seamlessly integrate virtual assistants into home care organizations by providing professionals who require minimal training due to their prior industry experience—recognizing that business owners may lack the time for extensive onboarding. She founded MinerVA Virtual Staffing Solutions as a niche agency focused on home care, with a strategic expansion now underway into other healthcare sectors, including medical practices.

Emman Victoria, Executive Assistant/Team Coordinator

 Emman brings a wealth of home care experience, having successfully served in multiple roles across the industry, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both operations and client needs.

Alfonz Bayawa, Business Growth Manager/Team Coordinator

We excel in various areas such as project management, content  Alfonz has been part of the remote workforce for several years and brings extensive experience in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships, engage clients, and drive growth in virtual environments. 

Ren De Villa, Billing & Payroll Manager

Ren  oversees accurate and timely billing and payroll processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth financial operations for the organization. 

Cristine Borlongan, Creative Marketing Manager

 Cristine leads the creation of engaging marketing visuals and social media content that strengthen brand presence, support campaigns, and communicate the organization’s message clearly and creatively.
